Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to anyone ("you" or "member") who uses the Auriva VIP Program ("Auriva," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the VIP Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which supplement our general Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling.

VIP Program Details

Membership Agreement

By joining the Auriva VIP Program, you agree to:

  • A 14-day free trial
  • Followed by a recurring charge of $39.95 every 30 days, unless you cancel

Your membership automatically renews every 30 days, and the recurring fee will be charged to your payment method on file until you cancel. All membership terms must be read and accepted before completing your purchase. These terms are also clearly displayed at checkout for your convenience.

VIP Program Benefits

As an active member, you will receive:

  • Up to 80% off select items inside the VIP Membership Portal
  • Access to exclusive, never-before-seen products
  • Early notifications about new product drops
  • Special discount codes and community rewards

Benefits remain valid for as long as your membership is active. Access to benefits ends when your membership is canceled.

Billing

Your free trial begins on the date you enroll. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you authorize Auriva to charge the recurring membership fee of $39.95 every 30 days to your payment method on file. Charges recur automatically until canceled. The membership fee is non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, by contacting our support team:

To avoid being charged, please cancel before your free trial ends or before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. It is your responsibility to review updates periodically. Continuing your membership after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during enrollment and to update it as necessary so we can complete transactions and communicate with you. We may limit or cancel memberships or orders that appear to be from resellers or that violate our policies.

Privacy

Any personal information you submit through the VIP Program is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful or abusive purpose, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, or transmitting malicious content. Violation may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service, or to terminate any membership, for any reason at any time.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The VIP Program and all related services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auriva and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the program or products.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Auriva regarding the VIP Program.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Auriva operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
